Tantra massage is a healing experience created from the belief that your health benefits when you are sexually happy and relaxed. Orgasm may be a happy, blissful bonus ending, but it is not the goal.
Each tantra practitioner will have their own way of giving the experience, depending on the receiver's needs and the practitioner's training and experience. Some may give a more spiritual experience, others more sensual or energy based and most combine various modalities such as traditional relaxation massage, reiki, polarity, reflexology and cranio-sacral. The video shows a tantra massage that is more spiritual.
Many use unscented lotion, while others may use scented and heated oil. Here, the receiver is still clothed, but it is often done with the receiver unclothed. It may be on an altar of light, a futon or mattress (as shown in the video).
It is always gentle, unrushed and takes you away from reality for just a bit.
