Here are several mental ways to prevent premature ejaculation:
- Avoid focusing ONLY on the erotic body parts - genitalia, breasts, lips and focus more on your partner and her entire body
- Avoid any additional stimulation like watching porn
- Concentrate on the entire body touches and sensations, learn Tantra Techniques
- Breathe properly
- Think about sex as something normal, usual and stay cool and calm
